Specifications

A 20 x 20 x 8 inch (508 x 508 x 203 mm) wall-mount enclosure in 316L stainless steel, #4 brushed finish, for washdown, food and beverage, outdoor and corrosive locations. The door seals on a continuous gasket, swings on a full-length hinge and closes with two quarter-turn latches, top one keyed. A removable mounting panel and four wall-mount feet are included.

Configured for an IMD mini PC

Choose the IMD mini PC configuration and the mounting panel comes with a VESA / DIN-rail adapter plate for an IMD fanless mini PC (IMDRT120, 121 or 122 series) and two extra cable glands on the bottom for power and network. The mini PC is sold separately: configure one here.

Display cutout for an IMD panel PC

Choose a cutout option and we laser-cut the door to the exact panel opening of your IMD panel PC, deburred and with mounting studs, before it ships. This door takes IMD panel PCs from 7" up to 15". Order the panel PC with the enclosure, or name the IMD model in the order note, and the opening is cut to that model.

316L stainless: is it the right grade?

316L adds molybdenum for better resistance to chlorides: the grade for coastal air, brine and chlorinated or caustic washdown. Compare 304 and 316L.

Wall-mount enclosures are manufacturer-rated NEMA 4X-type / IP66 - not UL listed. HMI enclosures are IP65-type at the front seal with the display installed. Once cutouts are added, the rating of the finished enclosure depends on properly rated components and cable glands being installed in every opening.
